1. Definitions<\/h4>\n

  • Siam Panoramic:<\/strong> A receptive travel agency located in Bangkok, Thailand, organizing tailor-made trips and stays in Thailand.<\/li>\n \t
  • Client:<\/strong> Any natural or legal person who has made a reservation with Siam Panoramic.<\/li>\n \t
  • Services:<\/strong> L’ensemble des prestations de voyage fournies par Siam Panoramic, incluant notamment l’h\u00e9bergement, le transport, les visites guid\u00e9es, les activit\u00e9s et l’assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Reservation and Payment<\/h4>\n
      \n \t
    • Toute r\u00e9servation est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ferme et d\u00e9finitive apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception d’un acompte de 30% du prix total du voyage.<\/li>\n \t
    • The balance of the payment must be made no later than 30 days before the departure date.<\/li>\n \t
    • Siam Panoramic accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card, and cash (depending on the amounts and current regulations).<\/li>\n \t
    • En cas de non-respect des d\u00e9lais de paiement, Siam Panoramic se r\u00e9serve le droit d’annuler la r\u00e9servation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Modification and Cancellation<\/h4>\n

      • By the Client:<\/strong> Toute modification ou annulation de la part du client doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e par \u00e9crit \u00e0 Siam Panoramic. Des frais d’annulation, variables selon la date de la demande et les conditions des prestataires, seront appliqu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n \t
      • By Siam Panoramic:<\/strong> Siam Panoramic se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier ou d’annuler un voyage en cas de force majeure (\u00e9v\u00e9nements climatiques, troubles politiques, etc.) ou si le nombre minimum de participants n’est pas atteint. Dans ce cas, un remboursement int\u00e9gral sera propos\u00e9 au client, sans autre indemnit\u00e9.<\/li>\n \t
      • Conditions d’annulation:<\/strong>\n
          \n \t
        • Annulation \u00e0 moins de 60 jours : 1’500 THB de frais par personne en cas de r\u00e9servation de billets de train<\/li>\n \t
        • Cancellation less than 21 days: 100% fee<\/li>\n \t
        • No Show (non pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 l’arriv\u00e9e en Tha\u00eflande) : 100% de frais<\/li>\n \t
        • Early departure from your hotel (Early Check-out): 100% fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Prices and Inclusions<\/h4>\n
            \n \t
          • Les prix indiqu\u00e9s sont en THB et s’entendent par personne, sauf mention contraire.<\/li>\n \t
          • They include the services mentioned in the trip description.<\/li>\n \t
          • Personal expenses, tips, drinks, and meals not mentioned are not included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. Responsibility<\/h4>\n
              \n \t
            • Siam Panoramic agit en tant qu’interm\u00e9diaire entre le client et les diff\u00e9rents prestataires de services (h\u00f4tels, compagnies a\u00e9riennes, etc.).<\/li>\n \t
            • Siam Panoramic cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, damages, or accidents caused by these providers.<\/li>\n \t
            • It is the client's responsibility to purchase adequate travel insurance covering the risks related to health, accidents, and loss of luggage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              6. Complaints<\/h4>\n

              • Any complaint must be addressed in writing to Siam Panoramic within 30 days after the end of the trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction<\/h4>\n
                  \n \t
                • These general conditions are governed by Thai law.<\/li>\n \t
                • Tout litige relatif \u00e0 l’interpr\u00e9tation ou \u00e0 l’ex\u00e9cution des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sera soumis \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence exclusive des tribunaux de Bangkok, Tha\u00eflande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
