1. Definitions
- Siam Panoramic: A receptive travel agency located in Bangkok, Thailand, organizing tailor-made trips and stays in Thailand.
- Client: Any natural or legal person who has made a reservation with Siam Panoramic.
- Services: All travel services provided by Siam Panoramic, including accommodation, transportation, guided tours, activities, and assistance.
2. Reservation and Payment
- Any reservation is considered firm and definitive upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the trip.
- The balance of the payment must be made no later than 30 days before the departure date.
- Siam Panoramic accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card, and cash (depending on the amounts and current regulations).
- In case of non-compliance with payment deadlines, Siam Panoramic reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
3. Modification and Cancellation
- By the Client: Any modification or cancellation by the client must be notified in writing to Siam Panoramic. Cancellation fees, varying according to the date of the request and the conditions of the service providers, will be applied.
- By Siam Panoramic: Siam Panoramic reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip in case of force majeure (climatic events, political unrest, etc.) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, a full refund will be offered to the client, without any other compensation.
- Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation less than 60 days: 1,500 THB fee per person in case of train ticket booking.
- Cancellation less than 21 days: 100% fee
- No Show (non-presentation upon arrival in Thailand): 100% fee
- Early departure from your hotel (Early Check-out): 100% fee
4. Prices and Inclusions
- The prices indicated are in THB and are per person unless otherwise stated.
- They include the services mentioned in the trip description.
- Personal expenses, tips, drinks, and meals not mentioned are not included.
5. Responsibility
- Siam Panoramic acts as an intermediary between the client and the various service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
- Siam Panoramic cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, damages, or accidents caused by these providers.
- It is the client's responsibility to purchase adequate travel insurance covering the risks related to health, accidents, and loss of luggage.
6. Complaints
- Any complaint must be addressed in writing to Siam Panoramic within 30 days after the end of the trip.
7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
- These general conditions are governed by Thai law.
- Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
8. Acceptance of General Conditions
- Any reservation with Siam Panoramic implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
